WIT Fitness: Gus' Stay Home and Sweat Workout

A huge thank you to WIT's Head Trainer, Gus, for joining us in our Battle Cancer Together Home Workout series! If you enjoyed the live class, here's another home workout programmed by Gus to get that blood pumping - no gym required!


Gus is using a dumbbell in the videos below but if you don't have one of those just grab a large bottle of water or another weighted object.

SKILL: 3 Rounds of:

12 Pulsing Squat + 12 weighted FR Alt. Reverse Lunges

10 Weighted Deadlift Pause (each leg) + 12 Single Arm Floor Press 10 Chair/Sofa Dips + 12 Weighted Lying Triceps Extension
