Next to the sea in vibrant Barcelona, this Nike playground is the perfect setting for a day of intense competition and unstoppable energy.
Hosted by MC Aleks Onfire, the event is sure to be an electrifying experience from start to finish. With DJ Enzo Smile playing live, you'll be pumped up and ready to take on the five 10-minute CrossFit workouts.

10-minutes of intense work followed by 20-minutes recovery, five times:
HOW IT WORKS
Your team will face an endurance test of five 10-minute workouts in 2.5 hours. 10 minutes of intense working followed by 20 minutes recovery x 5 times. Because today, 1 in 2 is affected by cancer.
Your team will be scored in each workout with comparable results across our GLOBAL 2023 leaderboard so you can see where your team sits against the fittest in the world - from London and Miami, to Berlin and Paris.

For the experienced athlete, the Compete Division offers a high-intensity, challenging workout experience. With added complexity, increased rep schemes and higher weight loads, this division is designed to test your strength, endurance, and power. This is your chance to show the world what you're made of and compete against the best.

Built around heroes and legend to test all levels, get ready to challenge yourself and test your fitness skills with our 1-day functional fitness competition!
Teams of 4 will compete in a series of kettlebell, dumbbell, sandbag, bumper plate, and CV machine workouts designed to push your limits and bring out your inner athlete.
With a focus on functional movements, our competition will test your strength, endurance, power, and agility, giving you a true full-body workout experience. From kettlebell swings to sandbag carries and everything in between, you'll be pushed to your limits and beyond.
