WHY SINGAPORE?
Battle Cancer Singapore returns on Saturday 18 July 2026 at Singapore Expo, bringing together teams from across Singapore for one of the country's biggest charity fitness events.
Following an incredible response in 2025, we've moved to a larger venue to welcome even more athletes, supporters and fundraising teams.

The event is delivered in partnership with REVL Singapore, helping bring the Battle Cancer experience to Singapore's thriving functional fitness community.
Our official charity partner is the Singapore Cancer Society, with every team helping to raise funds and awareness for people affected by cancer.

Singapore Expo offers excellent transport links and world-class event facilities, making it the ideal home for Battle Cancer Singapore. If Singapore is on your calendar, book early - places go fast and the t-shirt deadline closes a month before event day.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY
1 / Event Schedule & Arrival
Your team will be assigned a heat time - typically a 90-minute window from warm-up to completion. You'll also be given time before your heat to register, collect your event t-shirts and warm up. Battle Cancer Singapore takes place at Singapore Expo, with full event information and athlete guidance shared before competition day.
2 / WORKOUT FORMAT
The Battle Cancer Singapore competition floor is set across three challenge zones. You'll work for 5 minutes at each station – max reps – followed by 4 minutes of rest before the floor crew moves every team simultaneously to the next station. Expect a fast-paced atmosphere with a live DJ, MC and one of Singapore's most energetic functional fitness communities cheering every team on.
3 / EVENT VILLAGE & SPECTATORS
Outside your heat, spectators can watch from the sidelines free of charge. You'll find a warm-up zone, recovery area and sponsor activations throughout the event village, with food and drink available on site. Whether you're competing or supporting, Battle Cancer Singapore is designed to bring together athletes, gyms and the wider community for an unforgettable day of fitness and fundraising.
HOW TO PREPARE
Training for Battle Cancer Singapore means preparing for all three challenge zones: Endurance, Burn and Power. Your team will complete nine stations featuring the official Battle Cancer movements, including the Bike Erg, Row Erg, Ski Erg, Box Jump Overs, Hand-Release Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Sandbag Squats, Dumbbell Devil's Press and Deadlifts. Whether you train at a CrossFit affiliate, HYROX gym or functional fitness facility in Singapore, focus on becoming efficient in every movement and working seamlessly as a team.
A solid 8-week Battle Cancer training plan should include 2–3 strength sessions each week, 2 conditioning sessions using machines such as the rower, bike or ski erg, and at least one workout combining strength and cardio under fatigue. Replicating the pace and transitions of the Battle Cancer Challenge will leave you well prepared for competition day.
Train with your team whenever possible. Practising transitions, communication and pacing together is one of the biggest advantages you can have when taking on Battle Cancer Singapore, helping your team move smoothly through every station and maximise your score.
