Did You Catch Us at Strength in Depth?

Linking up with our headline partner, WIT, we hit the Eleiko x NOCCO arena at Strength in Depth for a class takeover Battle Cancer style!

Held over the 24-26 January, Strength in Depth is the UK's official Sanctional CrossFit event and saw many of Battle Cancer's friends including Zack George take to the floor.

Giving spectators a taste of Battle Cancer competition, our Head Programmer and coach, Matt Peterson, joined forces with WIT's Head of Training, Gus Vaz Tostes, to put the class through their paces.

Delivering a fast and furious workout of signature Battle Cancer movements, Matt and Gus combined playful warmups with simple partner workouts with Eleiko plates for an accessible class that left our participants on the floor!

A free team entry to any Battle Cancer event was awarded to Nicola Jeffs and her team mate for showing incredible effort and teamwork. Congrats!

Check out the class through the eyes of an athlete and watch an epic video from Flabberjacked:

Awesome to see Battle Cancer bringing that energy to Strength in Depth! The partner workouts with Eleiko plates looked intense. By the way, if you're into designing workout posters or social media graphics, I highly recommend this gradient generator for creating cool backgrounds.

Epic Battle Cancer takeover at Strength in Depth! The workout with Matt and Gus was intense but fun—big fish eat small fish energy all around.
