Half a million dollars. That is what the Battle Cancer Singapore community put on the board in 2026 — and it is worth sitting with that number for a moment before we say anything else about the day.

S$500,000 raised for Singapore cancer charities

Every team that signed up, every fundraising page shared in a group chat, every donation from a colleague, a training partner or a parent — it all added up to S$500,000 for Singapore cancer charities. That is money going directly to people living with and beyond cancer here in Singapore: their treatment, their support, their families.

None of it comes from us. All of it comes from the athletes on that floor. Thank you.

What the day actually looked like

Battle Cancer has never been about who finishes first. It is teams dragging each other through the back half of a station, gyms who came to compete and stayed to cheer for everyone else, and the people in the room who have been through cancer themselves getting the loudest noise of the day. Singapore delivered all of it.
