THE PHYSICAL CHALLENGE
Your team of four will take on four 9-minute functional fitness workouts incorporating teamwork, high-intensity cardio, FUN-ctional fitness, and accessible weights
At Battle Cancer, you're never alone. You and your team will support each other by utilising each other's strengths both when fundraising and on the workout floor.
Our innovative team workouts will test how well you can communicate, strategise and work as a four when the workout gets tough!
THE FUNDRAISING CHALLENGE
Fundraising AMRAP: As Much Raised As Possible
Your first workout isn't to do with any fitness. It doesn't even take place on competition day. It starts as soon as you sign up!
You and your team will fundraise your hardest to earn a place on the leaderboard ahead of the four workouts on event day.

Sign up your team and choose a cancer charity to support
Receive your fundraising pack with ideas of how to fundraise and donate directly to your charity
Screenshot your fundraising total and submit your figure at registration on event day
Get ranked on the Battle Cancer leaderboard! The more you raise, the higher you'll place

THE SEASONED PRO
The hardcore gym-goer, you train multiple times a week and compete throughout the year at numerous events. But your day job sucks.
THE WEEKEND WARRIOR
Training is fun, you have an accidental six-pack. You give your all when you compete, though. You didn't know you were so competitive.
THE FAMILY FIGHTERS
You are competing with or for family. Your team loves fitness so you are coming together to share the fundraising and challenge as a team.

You're here for the first time. Competing for a cause and a bit scared, but excited to go through the big noise, big crowds and big challenge.
