The Battle Cancer team spent three days in Belfast with BLK BOX learning all about the brand's history and expertise. We even got to train in the HQ showroom and get our hands on BLK BOX's world-class equipment!

I’m new to this style of workout, but the up/down ladder format looks intense in the best way, almost like keeping rhythm and pace in FNF (fun rhythm game).
