Hybrid 3|20 lands in Barcelona with a brand-new individual Battle Cancer challenge - fast-paced, demanding, and designed to test how you move, push, and perform under pressure.
Set at Gran Via, this is a scored hybrid fitness challenge where you compete as an individual, combining max-effort work across strength and conditioning stations with a 20-minute max-distance run. No teams. No hiding. Just your fitness, your strategy, and your score. Expect a charged competition floor, big energy, and a community that shows up ready to work.

Hybrid 3|20
Our fast-paced individual challenge format designed to test endurance, strength, and pacing under pressure.​ You’ll move through three zones and nine stations, working in short, intense bursts before finishing with a 20-minute max-distance run.
