HYBRID 3|20
BATTLE CANCER HYBRID 3|20
OUR ALL-NEW INDIVIDUAL HYBRID FITNESS CHALLENGE
Hybrid 3|20 is Battle Cancer’s fast-paced individual challenge format, designed to test endurance, strength, and pacing under pressure.

3 minutes max reps → 2 minutes transition → move to the next station.
You’ll move through three zones and nine stations, working in short, intense bursts before finishing with a 20-minute max-distance run.

Please note: Movements or station order may vary slightly by event to ensure the best athlete experience. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Divisions
Hybrid 3|20 has two divisions so you can compete at your level. The format, movements, and weights are the same in both divisions, the difference is how movements can be performed.

Challenge Division
Modifications allowed
Built for individual athletes who want to test themselves while keeping the option to modify movements if needed. This division is ideal if you can't quite meet the movement standards but want to push hard and complete the full challenge at your own pace.
Compete Division
No modifications allowed
Must meet movement standards with no modifications. This division suits experienced athletes who are confident executing movements under fatigue and want a stricter performance test.
Group Bookings
Hybrid 3|20 is an individual challenge, but if you want to take it on with friends, simply book the same time slot so you can compete side-by-side.
If you have a group of five or more, email our team to coordinate your heat and arrange a group invoice for bulk booking: info@battlecancer.com
How it Works
-
You’ll move through 3 zones, working 3 minutes per station
-
Max reps at every station with 2 minutes transition
-
After the zones, hit a 20-minute max-distance run
-
Your final score = reps + run meters + fundraising points
Every £/€ 1 raised = 1 point on the leaderboard

Scoring at Battle Cancer
All athlete self-score during the Challenge, with oversight from our floor crew to ensure accuracy, fairness, and flow.
To keep things consistent, we’ve created a clear scoring guide explaining:

Coach's Pass
Teams may bring a Coach onto the competition floor.
Your coach can help with rep counting, movement standards, and pace management - keeping you on track throughout the Challenge.
