We offer two divisions for athletes of all levels: Challenge and Compete. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, we have the perfect division for you.

CHALLENGE & COMPETE DIVISIONS

CHALLENGE DIVISION

Our Challenge division is for those who want to take on Battle Cancer’s 5x 10-minute workouts for FUN!

  • Workout 0-2 times per week 

  • Set a fitness goal and challenge yourself

  • Your team sets its own pace

  • Modify movements if needed

  • Win prizes from our partners

We’re not saying it’s easy! But with our Battle Prep Training Program and the support of your team, you’ll feel an insane rush of accomplishment.


Teams of four - female, male or mixed. Mixed can be any combination of gender. Or enter as a Maverick and get teamed up on the day. 

COMPETE DIVISION

Our Compete division is for teams who want to take on Battle Cancer’s 5x 10-minute workouts to WIN

  • Train 3+ times per week 

  • Push to your limit

  • Harder workouts and added weight loads

  • Weights and movements as prescribed

  • Win CASH donations for your charity


For experienced teams, increased rep schemes and added obstacles and weighted elements make for a tougher battle. For competitive teams looking to test athletic performance.
