Everyone can do it. We program five pumping workouts made up of creative movements using simple equipment. Think sports day. But for adults.

Get ready to throw down in the sand! We're heading back to one of our coolest venues, Beach Mitte, a unique beach club right in the centre of Berlin.

Chill between workouts in a hammock, feel the sand beneath your toes and sup on a chilled NOCCO, what could be better? We're super excited to be returning to Berlin where we felt all the love from the local functional fitness community.

Expect our signature playful workouts, live DJ sets, charity partner Deutsche Krebshilfe, vendor activations and more.
